Material Introduction
Our products are manufactured from a variety of metal materials, including steel and stainless steel. These materials each have distinct physical properties and processing suitability, meeting the strength, durability, and functionality requirements of various products. The following briefly describes the basic properties of commonly used materials.
Stainless steel
SUS301
- Excellent cold workability, the more it is processed, the harder it becomes
- Corrosion resistance is slightly lower than SUS304
- It becomes magnetic after cold working
- High strength and good elasticity, suitable for shrapnel, springs, etc.
SUS304
- The most common stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, excellent processing and weldability
- Characteristics: Non-magnetic, occasionally becomes weakly magnetic after processing when the impurity content is high
- Commonly used in: tableware, kitchen utensils, sinks, building materials, medical equipment
SUS316
- Medical grade stainless steel is the second most widely used type of steel. It has better formability and weldability due to the addition of the aerospace-related metal element "molybdenum".
- Higher stability and corrosion resistance
- Features: Contains molybdenum, more corrosion-resistant and resistant to chloride corrosion
SUS430
- Ferritic stainless steel, magnetic
- Contains about 16–18% chromium, no nickel, and low cost
- Medium corrosion resistance, good heat resistance
- Commonly used in: home appliance housings, kitchen equipment, building panels, automotive decorative parts

sheet metal
SPHC hot rolled steel plate
- Steel plates processed by high temperature stretching
- Highly recognizable appearance, with a black carbonized layer, making it difficult to weld or spot weld
- Before painting, the film needs to be processed to remove the carbonized layer.
SPCC cold-rolled steel sheet
- The iron plate that has undergone film processing and a series of professional stretching processes is called "cold-rolled steel plate" or "plain plate".
- The appearance is very smooth and the tensile ductility is good, and the scope of use is very wide
- Smooth and beautiful surface
SPFC-370 high tensile strength cold rolled steel plate
- High strength and excellent processing performance
- Good formability and weldability
- Applicable to automotive parts, structural parts, and home appliance components
SECC Electrogalvanized Steel Sheet EG
- The cold rolled steel sheet is electro-galvanized, the zinc layer is evenly plated to improve the rust resistance
- Good anti-corrosion protection, smooth and bright surface, suitable for subsequent painting
- Good formability and weldability New title
- Suitable for precision home appliances and automotive parts
SGCC Hot-dip galvanized sheet GI
- Hot-rolled steel plate is hot-dip galvanized for excellent corrosion resistance
- The zinc layer is thicker and the anti-rust effect is stronger than electroplating galvanizing
- Good durability, formability and weldability
- Suitable for construction and outdoor use
